The Dexter V133-8 8” narrow fillet knife makes filleting and skinning your fillets easy. It’s ultra-sharp out of the package and with just the right amount of flex to glide over the bones. It features our V-lo composite handle that fuses the soft comfort of Santoprene with the firm control of a polypropylene core, which provides great control along with slip resistance.
